MountFest will include regional artists, live entertainment and musicians, food trucks, local beer and wine, game booths, and a full day of fun! This event is FREE to attend and open to the Public, with a $5/per car suggested donation.
10' x 20' double space: $250
Artist MUST bring their own 25lb weights for all (4) corners of their tent(s).
All spaces are outdoors.
Artists may share booths, but each artist must submit individual applications.
First preference for booth space is given to returning artists.
**The festival reserves all rights to final booth placement decisions.
Artist booth setup will be based on your section number, and the times assigned. Setup will be between 9am and 9:30am on September 21st, and booths must be set up no later than 11:45 AM. Booths must remain open until 8:00 PM.
Artists retain 100% of sales made from their artwork.
Artists and/or artists work will be promoted on our website, social media, and any other platforms used for event promotion.
Artists are only able to sell original artwork/items. Buying and reselling items in not allowed.
Artists will provide their tables, chairs, tents/canopies, and setup.
This is a rain or shine event.
July 20th: Deadline for cancellations.
$50 cancellation fee will be charged. The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.
